Returns + Exchanges Policy
Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
We want you to be happy with your products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48hours after receiving an item to inform us by email ( twinningteesco@gmail.com) of any damage or error. After this time period we will not accept a complaint.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at twinningteesco@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You will be responsible for shipping and shipping costs involved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
