Shipping policy

All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped within the business days on the item description (Monday-Friday) via USPS first class or priority mail depending on the weight of your package. Occasionally larger packages will be shipped via UPS. 

If you order multiple items with different turn around times, your order will be shipped when the item with the longest turn around time is ready. To avoid this, you can place separate orders.

I cannot guarantee an arrival date of any order once it has been shipped. I have the same tracking number and shipment information as you do. 

I currently offer shipping only to the United States. You will be notified via email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping will cost flat-rate $4.50 up to 1lb. Orders over 1lb will cost a flat rate of $6.00.

You have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders $100+. Use code FREESHIP. Cannot be combined with other offers. 

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for paying the second shipping charge to ship the package again so please double check your addresses. 

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 or more business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take less than a week to arrive, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

Route Insurance
Route is shipping protection/insurance that is optional at checkout but highly recommended. It automatically applies to your cart but you are able to remove it. This will cover your package if it is damaged or lost. You will be able to choose between refund or replacement. We are unfortunately not able to refund you for shipping delays or issues. However, if there is a problem with your
product please  ALWAYS reach out to us and we will make it right!

 

Porch Pickup

If you are local to Somers Point and would like to save on shipping costs by picking up at my home in Somers Point, NJ, select the pickup option at checkout. I will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Respond to the email when you would like to pickup and I will arrange a time for contactless pickup from my porch.
